Ingredients
- Cachaça (unaged)60 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup7.5 ml
- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Add cachaça (unaged), fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and honey and water syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
