Ingredients
- White Rum75 ml
- Fino sherry22.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake white rum, fino sherry, maraschino liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
