Extra-usage credit packs

On Plus and Pro, you can pre-purchase credit packs that get drawn from when you go past your monthly AI ceiling. Overage is off by default — you have to explicitly turn it on in Account → Billing so you can never get a surprise bill. Credits never expire.

Buying a pack does not enable overage automatically. Overage stays opt-in. Toggle it on in Account → Billing whenever you want, off whenever you want.

Common questions

What happens when I hit my AI cap?

You see a clear "AI limit reached" message. The rest of the app keeps working normally. If you have overage enabled and credit packs available, the app keeps using AI and draws from your credits transparently.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — one click in Account. No phone calls, no retention emails. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds?

Web subscriptions: case-by-case — email moonlit-social-labs@proton.me. Mobile (App Store / Google Play): handled by the platforms per their refund policies.

Do paid plans really hide ads?

Yes — both web (AdSense) and mobile (AdMob) banners are hidden the moment your ad-free flag is set. We also sell a one-time $1 ad-removal if you don't want a subscription but hate ads.

What about teams larger than the included seats?

Pro covers an unlimited team today. If we ever change that we'll grandfather existing Pro accounts at the current terms.
