Terms of Service

By accessing or using The Service Well ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication tokens. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at moonlit-social-labs@proton.me if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to extract or copy data from the App in bulk.
• Abuse, exploit, or misuse AI-powered features (e.g., cocktail generator, recipe finder).
• Use automated access methods, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload malicious content, spam, or content that infringes on others' rights.

The Service Well provides reference information only and does not constitute legal advice.

The App offers recipes, techniques, and educational content related to bartending and alcohol service. This information is provided for educational and professional reference purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the preparation, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

We do not encourage or endorse the illegal sale, service, or consumption of alcohol. Always drink responsibly and serve responsibly.

Cocktail recipes included in the App are sourced from public domain references and common bartending knowledge. The App's design, code, branding, and original content are the intellectual property of Moonlit Social Labs.

User-generated content: Any custom recipes, notes, or other content you create within the App remains your intellectual property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to you and, where applicable, to your team members.

Premium features may be available through subscription plans processed via Stripe (web) or RevenueCat (mobile in-app purchases).

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds for web purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at moonlit-social-labs@proton.me for refund requests.
• Refunds for mobile in-app purchases are subject to the respective platform's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Moonlit Social Labs, Michael Wylde, or The Service Well be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or use the App in a manner that is harmful to other users or the service.

Upon termination, your right to access the App will cease immediately. You may request export of your data prior to termination by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of your residence within the United States, or the laws of your country of residence if outside the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
