Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)22.5 ml
- Calvados apple brandy22.5 ml
- White Rum22.5 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), calvados apple brandy, white rum, and red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
