- Aged Jamaican rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Ginger liqueur5 ml
- Pimento dram5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add aged jamaican rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, ginger liqueur, pimento dram, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
