Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Falernum liqueur15 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Old-fashioned bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum (6-10yr), falernum liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, old-fashioned bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
