Ingredients
- inch Celery stick2
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Apple juice15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), white crème de cacao, rich simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and apple juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with inch celery stick
