Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila45 ml
- Espresso coffee (hot)30 ml
- Coffee liqueur15 ml
- Oloroso sherry15 ml
- Lemon oleo saccharum7.5 ml
- Mole bitters3 dash
- Orange Bitters3 dash
- Saline solution 4:15 drop
Method
- Add blanco tequila, espresso coffee (hot), coffee liqueur, oloroso sherry, lemon oleo saccharum, mole bitters, orange bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
