Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Apple juice60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), rosso/sweet vermouth, apple juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
