Ingredients
- Light rum1 oz
- Sweet Vermouth1/2 oz
- Lemon1 oz
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Egg white1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake light rum, sweet vermouth, lemon, powdered sugar, and egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
