Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka45 ml
- Coconut rum liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
- Blue curaçao liqueur1.25 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vanilla vodka, coconut rum liqueur, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, egg white (pasteurised), and blue curaçao liqueur in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
