- Aged rum (6-10yr)50 ml
- Pineapple Juice20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, grenadine syrup, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
