Ingredients
- Aromatic bitters45 ml
- Blended light 3-5yo rum22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Cinnamon syrup15 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
Method
- Add aromatic bitters, blended light 3-5yo rum, orgeat syrup, cinnamon syrup, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into collins glass
