Ingredients
- Aromatic bitters45 ml
- OP high ester aged pot still rum15 ml
- Pineapple Juice60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Cream of coconut45 ml
Method
- Add aromatic bitters, op high ester aged pot still rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and cream of coconut to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
