Ingredients
- Pineapple vodka45 ml
- Coconut rum liqueur15 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Grapefruit Juice30 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup7.5 ml
- Top up with Bitter lemon tonic
Method
- Add pineapple vodka, coconut rum liqueur, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, and vanilla sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
