Ingredients
- Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)30 ml
- White Rum30 ml
- Grand Marnier15 ml
- Apricot liqueur15 ml
- Orgeat syrup22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Aromatic bitters6 dash
- Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)15 ml
Method
- Add navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.), white rum, grand marnier, apricot liqueur, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, fresh orange juice, aromatic bitters, and navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
