Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)30 ml
- Oloroso sherry15 ml
- Orgeat syrup12.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Cream of coconut22.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), oloroso sherry, orgeat syrup, fresh lime juice, and cream of coconut to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled sling glass
