Ingredients
- Cacao spiced rum40 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo20 ml
- Passion fruit purée20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add cacao spiced rum, orange-red aperitivo, passion fruit purée, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into collins glass
