Ingredients
- Aged Rum1.5 oz
- Rhum Agricole0.5 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Fresh Orange Juice0.5 oz
- Honey Syrup0.5 oz
- Velvet Falernum0.25 oz
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Maraschino Cherries3 pieces
- Pineapple Cube1 piece
Method
- Add all liquids to shaker with crushed ice
- Shake hard until chilled
- Strain into rocks glass over fresh crushed ice
- Garnish: three cherries skewered with a pineapple cube
