Ingredients
- White Rum45 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:18 drop
Method
- Add white rum, red bitter liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
