- Amaro Nardini1/2 oz
- Bonal Gentiane Quina1 oz
- Demerara syrup3/4 oz
- Whole egg1 oz
- Nutmeg1 pn
Method
- Dry-shake jamaican rum, smith & cross, amaro nardini, bonal gentiane quina, demerara syrup, whole egg, and nutmeg in shaker
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
