Ingredients
- Dark/black rum45 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add dark/black rum, cynar/carciofo amaro, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
