Ingredients
- Blended light 3-5yo rum45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Sparkling Water90 ml
- Aged Jamaican rum15 ml
Method
- Add blended light 3-5yo rum, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and aged jamaican rum to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into rocks glass
