Ingredients
- White Rum60 ml
- Limoncello liqueur22.5 ml
- Dry Vermouth22.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake white rum, limoncello liqueur, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
