Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Fino sherry22.5 ml
- Cherry brandy22.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), fino sherry, aromatic bitters, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
