Ingredients
- Cacao spiced rum45 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Pineapple liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 dash
- Top up with Tonic water
Method
- Add cacao spiced rum, red bitter liqueur, pineapple liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with tonic water
