Ingredients
- Aged Rum45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml

Method
- Add aged rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, fresh, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
