Ingredients

- Aged Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- White balsamic5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add 1⁄2 fresh, aged rum, fresh lime juice, white balsamic, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
