Ingredients
- Cream sherry30 ml
- Stout beer30 ml
- Aged rum (6-10yr)20 ml
- Brown/dark cacao liqueur15 ml
- Chocolate bitters4 drop
Method
- Add cream sherry, stout beer, aged rum (6-10yr), brown/dark cacao liqueur, and chocolate bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
