Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Apricot liqueur30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), apricot liqueur, red bitter liqueur, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
