- Allspice1 oz
- Rum20 cl
- Lime Juice90 ml
- Champagne6 cl
- Orange spiral1 oz
Method
- Add sugar, allspice, rum, lime juice, and orange spiral to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled wine glass
- Top with champagne
