Ingredients
- Rum 10+ year old20 ml
- Spanish brandy20 ml
- Scotch whisky10 ml
- Peated malt whisky5 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry5 ml
- China-China liqueur5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add rum 10+ year old, spanish brandy, scotch whisky, peated malt whisky, pedro ximénez sherry, china-china liqueur, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
