Ingredients
- Tuaca liqueur60 ml
- Cachaça (unaged)30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake tuaca liqueur, cachaça (unaged), fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
