Ingredients
- White Rum22.5 ml
- Aged Rum15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Water5 ml
- Daiquiri bitters4 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add white rum, aged rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, water, daiquiri bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
