Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- White overproof rum20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml

Method
- Add cognac (brandy), white overproof rum, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh lime zest (peel)
