- Dry Vermouth1.5 oz
- Campari1.5 oz
- Soda Water2 oz
- Orange Peel1 twist
Method
- Fill rocks glass with ice
- Add dry vermouth and Campari
- Top with soda water
- Stir
- Garnish with orange peel

- The dry vermouth MUST be fresh (open < 1 month) — oxidized vermouth ruins this.
