Ingredients
- Dry Sherry1.5 oz
- Dry Vermouth1.5 oz
- Orange Bitters2 dashes
- Angostura Bitters1 dash
- Lemon Peel1 twist
Method
- Add sherry, vermouth, and both bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until very cold
- Strain into chilled coupe
- Garnish with lemon twist

- Fino or manzanilla sherry, not amontillado; dry is the point.
