Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Red bitter liqueur22.5 ml
- Cream sherry22.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), red bitter liqueur, cream sherry, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
