Ingredients
- White overproof rum40 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add white overproof rum, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and grenadine syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled sling glass
- Top with sparkling water
