Ingredients
- Cachaça (unaged)45 ml
- Rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. Santoni)22.5 ml
- Amontillado sherry22.5 ml
Method
- Add cachaça (unaged), rhubarb aperitivo (e.g. santoni), and amontillado sherry to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
