Ingredients
- White Rum60 ml
- Limoncello liqueur20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Champagne15 ml
Method
- Add white rum, limoncello liqueur, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with champagne
