Ingredients
- Cacao spiced rum40 ml
- Grapefruit Juice45 ml
- Agave syrup5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Tonic water45 ml
- Absinthe5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add cacao spiced rum, grapefruit juice, agave syrup, fresh lime juice, absinthe, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with tonic water
