Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Amontillado sherry45 ml
- Peated malt whisky7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), amontillado sherry, peated malt whisky, and rich simple syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
