Ingredients
- Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)20 ml
- White overproof rum20 ml
- White peach purée15 ml
- Peach schnapps10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Pineapple Juice40 ml
- Grenadine syrup10 ml
Method
- Add navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.), white overproof rum, white peach purée, peach schnapps, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine syrup to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into collins glass
