Ingredients
- Aged Rum50 ml
- Cola syrup20 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)20 ml
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with cola syrup
