Ingredients
- White Rum45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- OP high ester aged pot still rum15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake white rum, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and op high ester aged pot still rum in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
