Ingredients
- Aged Jamaican rum40 ml
- Milk (whole/full 3-4% fat)60 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add aged jamaican rum, milk (whole/full 3-4% fat), rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
