Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
