- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry22.5 ml
- Coffee liqueur10 ml
- Espresso coffee (hot)22.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), pedro ximénez sherry, coffee liqueur, and espresso coffee (hot) to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
